We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Child Care Center Director to lead the launch of a new high-quality early childhood education academy in Bethesda, Maryland . This is an opportunity for a proven early childhood leader who is energized by building relationships, developing people, and growing enrollment . You will be the senior on-site leader responsible for creating a strong team culture, establishing relationships with families, driving enrollment, and overseeing daily academy operations. What You'll Lead Team Leadership:

Motivate, and retain an exceptional teaching team.

Enrollment Growth:

Lead tours, build relationships with prospective families, follow up effectively, and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Family Relationships:

Create strong, lasting relationships that drive family satisfaction, retention, and referrals.

Operations:

Oversee daily academy operations, staffing, safety, compliance, and licensing requirements.

Educational Quality:

Champion high-quality, play-based learning and developmentally appropriate practices.

Community Presence:

Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and families to establish the academy within the Bethesda community. Who we're looking for? Qualified to serve as a Child Care Center Director under applicable Maryland licensing requirements. An experienced early childhood leader with strong people-management skills. Enthusiastic about leading and developing a team. A confident communicator and natural relationship builder. Strong at enrollment and comfortable selling an exceptional educational experience.
