St. Paul the Apostle is seeking several Child Care Assistants to support our After School Care program for the entirety of the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for college students who enjoy working with children and are looking for part-time, meaningful work.
Position Details Hours:
3:00PM 5:30
PM, Monday-Friday Flexible Schedules Available:
2-3 day/week options
Student Ages:
toddler through elementary school Program with students begins August 24th, 2026 (start date can be flexible with college start dates) Program with students ends June 8th, 2027.
Key Responsibilities :
Engage with children in a warm, respectful, and positive manner Monitor and ensure the safety of all children Assist older students with homework Facilitate age-appropriate activities in art, science, literacy, math, and gross motor play
Preferred Qualifications :
