Job Description

Location:
Hartland Early Learning Center and/or
Lakes Elementary Schedule:
AM only, PM only, or Split-shifts available (Perfect for college students or those seeking flexible part-time hours!)
Morning Shifts:
6:00/6:30 AM - 8:45/9:00
AM Afternoon Shifts:
3:15/3:45 PM - 5:30/6:00 PM (Early 2:15/2:45 PM start on Fridays)
About Us:
At The Hartland Early Learning Center, our tuition-based School-Age Latchkey program provides a safe, active, and engaging connection between home and school. We are seeking enthusiastic staff members to join our team and support children ranging from grades PreK through 6 (ages 4 to 12).
What You'll Do:
Engage:
Foster positive social play and maintain a structured, safe environment for school-age students.
Build Relationships:
Create a positive and welcoming connection with families, and collaborate positively and effectively with fellow staff members. Manage a
Dynamic Setting:
Confidently oversee groups of children in an energetic, fast-paced before-and-after-school setting.
What We're Looking For:
Positive energy and a genuine enjoyment of working with school-age children. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience in camp, recreation, or childcare is preferred, but training is provided.

Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$13.75 - $14.50 per hour
