Overview Join our vibrant team as a Childcare Staff member and become a vital part of nurturing young minds! In this energetic role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children of various ages, from infants to preschoolers. Duties Supervise and engage children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development Assist with feeding, diapering, and personal hygiene routines for infants and toddlers Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences Support children with special needs by applying inclusive teaching strategies and behavior management techniques Follow all safety protocols, including first aid procedures, to respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children and support their individual needs Flexibility to adapt to changing routines and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering a positive learning environment Join us in making a meaningful difference in children's lives! $13.73 - $15.00 per hour
