Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety at all times Prepare and serve meals or snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs Assist with homework, educational activities, and age-appropriate play to promote learning and development Follow specific care routines for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-age children as required Support children with disabilities or special needs by implementing personalized care plans Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up toys and child-related areas Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about children's progress, needs, or concerns Provide transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or extracurricular activities when needed Skills Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including infants and elementary school-age kids Knowledge of child supervision best practices and safety protocols First aid and CPR certification to handle emergencies confidently Experience caring for children with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Strong caregiving skills with a nurturing and patient demeanor Ability to assist with childcare routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and bedtime preparations Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents and team members Reliable personal transportation assistance when required for child pickups or errands must have babysitting license or willing to obtain one Join us in creating a safe, joyful environment where children can thrive!
