Child Care Development Specialist The ECE Architects is seeking individuals interested in building and advancing a professional career in early childhood education and child development. The Child Care Development Specialist supports the healthy growth, development, learning, and well-being of young children through intentional care, supervision, developmental activities, observation, family communication, and professional early childhood practices. Key Areas of Development
  • Child development and developmental observation
  • Health, safety, first aid, and emergency procedures
  • Child nutrition, hygiene, and daily care routines
  • Developmentally appropriate learning experiences
  • Positive guidance and child supervision
  • Individual and group activity planning
  • Observation, documentation, and developmental recordkeeping
  • Communication and partnership with families
  • Early childhood licensing and regulatory requirements
  • Professional communication and teamwork
  • Supporting children with individual and special needs
