Child Care Development Specialist The ECE Architects is seeking individuals interested in building and advancing a professional career in early childhood education and child development. The Child Care Development Specialist supports the healthy growth, development, learning, and well-being of young children through intentional care, supervision, developmental activities, observation, family communication, and professional early childhood practices. Key Areas of Development
- Child development and developmental observation
- Health, safety, first aid, and emergency procedures
- Child nutrition, hygiene, and daily care routines
- Developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Positive guidance and child supervision
- Individual and group activity planning
- Observation, documentation, and developmental recordkeeping

- Supporting children with individual and special needs
