  • A family in Arden Hills is looking for an experienced part-time nanny for their sweet 7-week-old baby boy.
  • YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 YEARS OF NANNY EXPERIENCE
    (including infant experience)

Pay:
$28/hr
PTO:
26 hours of PTO per yearSick and safe time provided in addition to PTO Taxes paid legally through
HomePay Start Date:
Early September, or slightly earlier if needed
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday7:30 AM-2:00 PM 26 guaranteed hours/week There may be some flexibility on the exact hours if needed. The family recently moved back to Minnesota from New York and is currently living with mom's parents. Grandparents will be around and helping at times. Mom will also be home until mid-September, and dad travels often Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include:
Providing attentive, nurturing care Engaging through play, reading, and age-appropriate activities Following the baby's routine and communicating with the family Washing bottles and putting them in the dishwasher Light baby-related tidying as needed
Requirements:
Infant CPR certified Up to date on vaccinations, including TDAP, flu, COVID, and MMR Non-smoker At least 4 years of nannying experience, including infant experience Patient, reliable, and communicative No driving is required. They have no pets. The nanny can NOT bring their own child. The family is hoping to find someone long term. You will go through my agency, The Nanny Co., to connect with the family, but the family will be your direct employer.
