Desired Qualifications:

Leadership Experience:

1+ years as a Director or Assistant Director in a licensed childcare facility.

Educational Background:

Active CDA or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Primary Education, or a related field.

Classroom Experience:

Minimum of 2 years working as an early childhood teacher.

Visionary Leadership:

Able to drive operational excellence (budgeting, enrollment, licensing) while fostering a supportive, mentoring culture.

Community Minded:

Deeply committed to building positive, authentic relationships with families and nurturing the development of every child.

Professional Communicator:

$54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
