Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating children, ensuring their safety and well-being in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining hygiene. Assist with behavior management strategies to support children's emotional and social development. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all children. Document children's progress and activities as required. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: A genuine love for working with children of all ages, demonstrating patience, empathy, and enthusiasm. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of children through dedicated care and education! First aid certification is preferred. Background in early childhood education or childhood development is highly desirable. Prior experience in daycare settings, preschool environments, or as a nanny/babysitter is beneficial. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
