What You'll Do:

You will:

Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment Engage with your team and families daily Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset - making decisions for the betterment of the childcare center Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources. Who You Are A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, though an Associate's degree or CDA will be considered. ( Required ) At least three (3) years of center leadership experience in a childcare program. ( Required ) Director certified in the state of Missouri for 100+ children.
