Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Professional to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will support children's development through engaging activities, attentive caregiving, and effective behavior management. Responsibilities Supervise and care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development, creativity, and social skills Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by adhering to health and safety protocols Support classroom routines such as meal times, nap schedules, diapering, and potty training Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily activities Use behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior and resolve conflicts calmly Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, and maintaining a welcoming environment Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, energy, and enthusiasm Familiarity with classroom experience, behavior management strategies, and caregiving techniques Join us as a Childcare Professional to help shape young minds in a vibrant setting!
