Job Description

Cradles to Crayons is now hiring a Manager for our childcare center. Must be reliable, work great with others, and loves children. Would prefer to have previous child care and or management experience. Pay DOE We offer care to infants through 6 year olds, with each age group in a different classroom setting. CPR must be completed upon hire. Must pass background check. We offer free childcare, nights and weekends off, and plenty of cute kiddos to love on :). PV# 104224 PM Carrie or call 406-894-2323 for more info Responsibilities Child care facility management duties Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to play and learning. Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress and any concerns. Implement behavior management strategies to support positive interactions among children. Assist all staff with problem solving skills. Summary As a Childcare Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and supervising children in a safe and engaging environment. You will also be responsible for managing staff and the center as whole along side the assistant director and owner of the facility. Your core skills in childcare, infant care, and early childhood education will be essential in fostering the development and well-being of the children in your care. With premium skills in first aid and special education, you will ensure that all children receive the support they need. Additionally, your relevant skills in classroom management, staff/business management and problem solving skills will help create a positive atmosphere.
