Homeschool + Family Helper Great Falls, Montana | Part-Time | Tuesdays & Thursdays, approximately 1-5 PM (optional longer days or 3rd day is available, up to 15 hours per week, if desired) $18

•23/hour depending on experience We're looking for a kind, dependable, energetic person to join our family a couple of afternoons each week and help support our homeschool routine. We have three boys, and this role is less like traditional babysitting and more like being an extra set of capable hands during our homeschool afternoons. A parent will generally be home or nearby, and you may be helping one child with schoolwork while I work with another, reading together, playing games, doing crafts, getting outside, preparing a snack, or helping keep the afternoon running smoothly. Of course, there may be times both parents are gone, and traditional babysitting is needed.

Responsibilities may include:

Helping children complete homeschool assignments Reading with the kids and assisting with educational activities Playing games, doing crafts, or spending time outside Giving one child focused attention while I work one-on-one with another Preparing simple snacks or lunches as needed Helping tidy school, craft, and activity areas Setting up occasional activities or projects Taking initiative when you see something that would be helpful We'd love someone who genuinely enjoys children and is patient, responsible, positive, energetic, and comfortable taking initiative . We're especially interested in someone who can step into the rhythm of our family without needing constant direction. Experience with children, homeschooling, teaching, tutoring, camps, childcare, or education is a plus, but personality and fit are equally important.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, approximately 1-5
