Schedule:

Part-Time, Monday-Friday 2-6PM with more hours available What You'll Do Supervise and engage school-age children in a safe and positive environment. Lead and participate in fun, age-appropriate activities, games, and enrichment programs. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members. Support children's social, emotional, and character development. Monitor attendance and maintain appropriate child supervision at all times. Assist with program setup, cleanup, snack distribution, and daily operations. Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies following YMCA procedures. Work collaboratively with site staff to provide a high-quality childcare experience. Qualifications Must be at least 17 years old and meet one of the following NH State Licensing requirements: At least 3 college credits in Education, Human Growth & Development, Recreation, or Early Childhood Education; OR 600 verifiable hours working with children; OR 5 years of parenting experience. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification within the required timeframe. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with children and families from diverse backgrounds. Previous experience working with children is preferred. $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
