We are seeking an experienced Child Care Center Director to lead our amazing school. Position Summary The Center Director will oversee all aspects of center operations including leadership development, enrollment growth, family engagement, staff management, licensing compliance, and educational quality. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring alignment with Lightbridge Academy standards, mission, and Core Values. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, confident leader, culture-builder, and operationally driven professional with a passion for early childhood education. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Child Care Center Director required Strong knowledge of state licensing regulations and compliance standards Proven success in staff leadership, coaching, and team development Experience managing enrollment growth, retention, and family relationships Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and positivity Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field preferred Must meet all state requirements for a Child Care Center Director position Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing leadership and teaching team Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, safety, and company standards Drive enrollment growth and maintain strong family relationships Foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative center culture Oversee daily center operations including staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality Build community relationships and represent the center professionally within the local market Coach and mentor team members to support professional growth and accountability Maintain strong communication with families, leadership teams, and support partners We are looking for a leader who: Embodies Lightbridge Academy's Core Values Leads with confidence, integrity, and professionalism Has a passion for creating exceptional experiences for children, families, and team members Can successfully balance operational excellence with relationship-building Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Is excited about the opportunity to build and lead a school community Why Join Lightbridge Academy?
