Job Description A childcare center looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and compassionate individual for a Director position.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Ability to lead, train, supervise and inspire a team of staff members Set and achieve center enrollment goals Create and develop strong parent and staff relationships Manage all mentoring and coaching of staff, including training new staff members Fully understand and ensure proper implementation of the curriculum by the staff. Assure building and classrooms are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis Manage staffing schedules Maintain confidentiality in dealing with all company information including: policies, procedures, student, parent and staff records and conversations Oversee staff:child ratios on a daily basis Must adhere to all state and local educational and licensing requirements, policies and procedures Adhere to all Company policies and procedures Complete a minimum of 20 hours of ongoing professional development Completion of CPR and First Aid certification An ideal candidate for this role should possess: Possess the necessary state educational requirements - minimum of Bachelor's Degree preferably in Education Prior experience working with infants, toddlers and/or preschool age children Strong time management, leadership and organizational skills Strong Microsoft Office skills -
