About Drop Fitness Drop Fitness is a download-to-join luxury fitness club offering members four premium NYC-based boutique fitness studios under one roof: Physique 57 Fhitting Room The Flow Collectiv Mile High Run Club In addition to boutique fitness classes, members enjoy a private personal training floor, premium cardio and strength equipment, luxury locker rooms, a café, and a complimentary Kids Club. Our members can purchase services à la carte or enjoy unlimited access through our membership app. At Drop Fitness, we believe our people create the member experience. Position Summary As a Kids Club Attendant , you will create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where members feel confident leaving their children while they enjoy their workout. You'll interact with children of various ages, provide age-appropriate activities, and ensure every child receives attentive and compassionate care. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Part-Time Responsibilities Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children. Supervise children ages 6 months through 12 years . Plan and lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. Greet children and parents warmly while providing exceptional customer service. Monitor children's well-being and ensure all safety policies are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club throughout each shift. Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child's visit. Help create a welcoming, positive experience for every family. Follow Drop Fitness policies and emergency procedures. Work collaboratively with the front desk and management team. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of childcare experience . Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-age children. Current CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus. Warm, patient, and energetic personality. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and hospitality mindset. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
