Job Description Tara P. Sullivan, Morristown, NJ. 1 nanny position is available. Temporary, full-time position from 10/1/2026 to 6/16/2028, 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm from Monday to Friday and 7:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday, 40 hrs/week, schedule may vary. Hours, start/end times may vary. May require work on holidays. Overtime available. Workers paid bi-weekly at $20/hr; $30/hr for OT over 40 hrs. Raise/bonus at employer discretion.
Duties:
Handle housekeeping (associated with and limited to childcare) including grocery shopping and daily meal preparation for children, laundry for childrens clothes, sanitization and organization of childrens living space, etc.; Organize schedule and provide transportation for children to/from school, extracurricular activities, playdates, doctor appointments, etc.; Monitor childrens mental and physical health including regulating sleep/nap schedule, observing abnormal behaviors, administering medicines, etc., and advocate for the childrens needs; Nourish childrens social and intellectual development by assisting with homework, developing rules and boundaries, attending to their emotional needs, etc. Min.

3 years of prior experience as a full-time nanny with duties including housekeeping, schedule managing, and monitoring mental and physical health.
Place of employment:
80 Miller Road, Morristown, NJ 07960. Short-distance travel needed between the location of employment and school, extracurricular activities, and appointments, travel costs will be reimbursed. No job training needed. Meals/lodging at place of employment available only to employee with weekly deduction of $190. Will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities for meal preparation. Min. productivity standard as condition of job retention: N/A. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly and/or reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence and transportation will be reimbursed at a rate of $16.78/day to a maximum of $68/day with receipts while traveling to and from the place of employment. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employer guarantees to offer the worker employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period.
