• $33 an hour 23 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Qualifications Household management Full Job Description Nanny / House Manager Paramus, NJ | Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM A warm family in Paramus, NJ is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive nanny/house manager to support their household and help care for their three children, ages 7, 4, and 2 .

This is a great position for someone who enjoys a hybrid role that includes both household support and childcare. During the earlier part of the day, the focus will be on helping with household tasks, organization, errands, and keeping the home running smoothly. After school, the role will shift more toward providing an extra set of hands with the children, helping with routines, activities, meals, and general support. The ideal candidate is warm, responsible, flexible, and comfortable working alongside busy parents in a family home. A confident driver is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include:

Helping with daily household organization and light household tasks Children's laundry and keeping children's areas neat and organized Running errands as needed Meal prep and simple family support Helping with after-school routines Providing a second set of hands with three children, ages 7, 4, and 2 Assisting with snacks, meals, activities, playtime, and transitions Driving children as needed, if applicable Helping maintain a calm, organized, and supportive home environment

Requirements:

Prior childcare experience required Experience with multiple children strongly preferred Driver strongly preferred Organized, proactive, and able to take initiative Warm, dependable, and flexible Comfortable helping with both childcare and household support Strong references required

Schedule & Compensation:

Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Paramus, NJ $27
