Nanny needed for two bright, joyful school age boys (eldest has ADHD)

$30-$35/hr, depending on experience About the children: Child A (8 years old) Passionate about robotics and architecture/landmarks. He loves every activity involving water, swimming and reading novels. His favorite food is mac and cheese cooked by his daddy. Has ADHD and benefits from a caregiver who has a lot of patience. Chid B (6 years old) Smart laid back 6 years old who enjoys reading, writing his own books (we have a whole collection!), doing crafts and playing. His favorite foods are pizza and cheese. Ideal Personality (of Nanny): The ideal nanny is proactive, energetic, patient, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to each day. They are naturally engaging and enjoy coming up with creative activities, outings, and experiences that keep the children active, curious, and having fun. The family would love someone who takes initiative and introduces them to new, fun, kid-friendly activities and experiences they may not have discovered on their own. When the nanny is with the children, they are present and engaged. Personal phone use is kept to a minimum, with the nanny's attention and focus centered on the children, their needs, and creating meaningful time together.

Requirements:

Flu & Covid Vaccine Must have clear driving record and personal vehicle (family will reimburse for mileage used) Responsibilities (of the job): The nanny role is centered around the children and their day-to-day needs. Primary responsibilities include keeping them engaged and active, driving them to and from school and extracurricular activities, helping with homework, managing their laundry, keeping their rooms and play areas tidy and organized, and assisting with the children during dinner. No cooking is required.

No pets in the home; swimming not required

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
