Maintaining a safe, loving, and structured environment. Encouraging positive behavior, independence, and age-appropriate responsibility. While the child's needs are always the highest priority, household support is appreciated during school hours and naps. This includes doing the family's laundry and preparing their meals. Shopping for and managing groceries. Vacuuming and tidying the home. Organizing play areas and the nursery. Cleaning the kitchen and cleaning up after meals. Teaching and encouraging the child to clean up toys and participate in simple household routines. For the live-in position, additional household upkeep is expected, including maintaining the nanny's bedroom and bathroom and assisting with the overall cleanliness of the home.
