Position Overview:

A prominent, fun and welcoming family is seeking a dependable, energetic, enthusiastic and experienced full-time nanny to help care for their three young children, ages 2, 4 and 6, with a new baby due later this year. The ideal candidate will be reliable, resourceful, organized, proactive, energetic and flexible, with a genuine love for working with young children. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment and is comfortable balancing the varying needs of a busy household.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for the 2-year-old and plan fun, positive activities for the two older boys when caring for them. The older children attend school most mornings. Assist with light meal preparation during mornings when caring for only the younger child or children. Assist with morning routines. Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children. Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children, including tidying toys, play areas and the children's office area, as well as washing the children's dishes. Maintain open communication with the parents and other household staff and actively work together as a team.

Qualifications:

At least two years of experience caring for young children, from infancy through early childhood Experience and the ability to care for multiple children is required CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Willingness to travel with the family, if needed Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality A proactive, patient and kind personality Confidence in taking charge when necessary to maintain the safety of three young children The family is excited to welcome someone into their family dynamic who will be a steady, fun and caring presence in their children's lives.
