The primary daytime responsibility is the 18-month-old, as the two older children attend school. The family is looking for someone loving and engaging with the children who is also proactive and can help keep their busy household running smoothly without needing constant direction.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Full daytime care for 18-month-old ✔️ Morning routines and occasional school drop-off/pickup ✔️ Parks, library, outdoor play & developmental activities ✔️ Children's meals, snacks & lunch prep ✔️ Children's laundry, dishes & daily tidying ✔️ Grocery ordering/Instacart and light meal planning ✔️ Helping organize and anticipate the family's day-to-day needs ✔️ Afternoon care for all children after school ✨

Requirements:

✔️ Strong professional toddler and multi-child nanny experience required ✔️ Must drive and have a reliable vehicle for occasional school transportation ✔️ Must be a confident swimmer ✔️ Must be comfortable with on-the-books employment/payroll ✔️ Extremely reliable, punctual & looking for a long-term commitment ✔️ Proactive, organized & able to work independently without a daily task list ✔️ Active, engaging & developmentally focused with children ✔️ Strong communication and professional references

Additional Details:

The 18-month-old is home during the day and typically naps midday, providing time for child/family-related household tasks.
