Bronxville, NY Schedule :

Monday-Thursday 11:00am-7:00pm and Fridays 11:00-6:00pm. The family are happy to guarantee either 30 or 40 hours per week, depending on the nanny's preference, but the end times will need to remain the same as the above.

Compensation :

Negotiable (DOE) and guaranteed hours.

4yo, 6yo and 8yo This warm, relaxed Bronxville family of three is seeking an engaging, mature and experienced nanny to support Mom as the children have become increasingly involved in school, sports, extracurricular activities, and playdates. With Dad traveling frequently for work, an extra set of hands is needed to help keep the afternoons running smoothly. The children are happy, healthy, active, and have no behavioral concerns. They thrive with a nanny who is present, playful, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children. Building strong relationships through conversation, games, and active play is far more important than simply supervising them. The family is a low-tech household, and the children do not use tablets or devices while at home. This role involves substantial driving, as the children attend different schools with staggered dismissal times and participate in separate activities. A confident, safe driver is essential, and a family vehicle will be provided. The family's activity schedule is dynamic, so they are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to pivot when plans change (the nanny's schedule is guaranteed/stable). Mom has an easygoing, collaborative management style and is looking for a nanny who shares that approach. Rather than taking charge, the ideal candidate will work alongside Mom to help keep the afternoons running smoothly. Excellent communication skills and a laid-back, team-oriented personality are important for success in this role. The home has multiple flights of stairs, so applicants should be comfortable remaining physically active throughout the day. They are looking forward to meeting you!

Requirements :

Comfortable working around a dog. Valid driver's license. Minimum 3 years professional childcare experience. US work authorization. High School Diploma or equivalent.
