All About the Job Family Concierge is partnering with a private family in the Northtowns to find a full-time Nanny-Family Assistant. The family is home, involved, and love being parents. The person who does well here is comfortable working alongside a family as a trusted partner. This is a broader role than childcare alone. School runs, errands, appointments, and the running lists of a busy, on-the-go household sit beside full-charge afternoons with a preschooler. Flexibility for domestic and international travel is a must; business and seasonal travel is planned in advance. What You'll Do

• Full charge afternoon care through dinner, bath, and bedtime prep
• Morning school dropoff (as needed) and afternoon pickup
• Lead hands-on, engaging indoor and outdoor play
• Drive to and from activities in your own safe and reliable vehicle
• Family Assistant duties including errands, returns, and grocery runs
• Prepare snacks and meals as needed
• Child and family-related tidying, laundry, and household organization projects
• Travel with the family domestically and internationally
• Uphold privacy for the child and parents at all times Who We're Looking For The family is looking for someone who is partnership-minded and seeking a long-term commitment.

You have run the moving parts of a household before: as a family assistant, as a career nanny whose role grew into the whole day, or as a house manager who loves the childcare hours most. You can dedicate yourself to a nontraditional schedule, including travel. You honor your commitments. You can read a room without being coddled. Beyond that, the right fit brings:

• Several years of professional experience as a nanny, family assistant, or both, ideally with toddlers and preschoolers
• A valid passport and previous travel experience with a family
• A safe, insured vehicle and a clean driving record
• Flexibility with evenings and the occasional weekend, always with notice
• The organization to run errands, lists, and a family calendar without prompting
• Initiative, steadiness, and sound judgment
• Absolute discretion and adherence to a family non-disclosure agreement
• Standard for our placements: Infant and Pediatric CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and a sincere intention to make a long-term commitment to the family.
