Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a caring, energetic, and responsible Babysitter to provide attentive supervision and nurturing care for 3 year old with lots of energy and infant 1 year old. In this role, you will create a safe and engaging environment, support their developmental needs, and assist with daily routines. Your dedication will help foster a positive experience for children while giving parents peace of mind. Responsibilities Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and outings to ensure safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and hygiene practices for infants and toddlers. Be aware of allergies. Provide transportation assistance for children to school, activities, or appointments when needed Monitor children's behavior and intervene appropriately to encourage positive interactions and discipline when necessary Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress, needs, and any concerns that arise during caregiving hours Follow safety protocols including first aid procedures and CPR when required to handle emergencies promptly Skills Proven experience working with children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Strong knowledge of child supervision techniques and childcare best practices Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs to ensure inclusive care Certified in first aid and CPR to respond confidently in emergency situations Ability to provide nannying services for multiple children simultaneously with patience and organization Familiarity with daycare procedures and early childhood development principles Personal transportation assistance skills for safely transporting children when necessary This role is perfect for compassionate individuals who thrive in dynamic environments are committed to nurturing children's growth.
