After Care Counselors:

You should be able to provide competent supervision to a maximum of 10 students. Applicants need to arrive at work, de-brief about the day, collaborate with other staff, and follow the schedule provided by the supervisor. All staff are required to complete a minimum of 15 hours of training within the first 6 months of hire. Training will be paid once certificates are turned in. After care staff need to complete all necessary OCFS hiring forms, be reliable, punctual, a team player, ability to follow a schedule, be flexible, and committed to enhancing the lives of the children and families we service.

Counselor Qualifications:

Minimum hiring age is 18 with a High School Diploma and 2 years of experience working with school age children. Responsible, creative, fun, energetic, and ability to follow a schedule provided by your supervisor. Counselors must be able to work entire shifts.

2:15-5:15

PM Days:

Monday through Friday on the Nanuet Public School Calendar with a commitment for the remainder of the school year.
