Building Kidz of Queensbury is looking for a yoga teacher to lead weekly movement and mindfulness sessions with our classrooms at our Luzerne Road center. One day a week. You come in Friday, you move and breathe with a room full of small people, and you go home. That is the whole job. What it looks like Short sessions, room by room, with a classroom teacher alongside you the whole time. Animal poses, balance games, breathing, a few minutes of quiet at the end if you can get it. This is not about form or perfect alignment. It is storytelling with bodies, and the goal is that they leave calmer than they came in. You bring the practice. We handle the crowd control. What we need A grounding in safe movement, whether from a teacher training, dance, gymnastics, or physical therapy Some experience with young children, formal or not Able to satisfy all required OCFS background checks You show up when you say you will. One day a week means the day matters. A 200-hour certification is welcome but not required. Studio teachers, dancers, movement instructors, and early childhood educators with a movement background are all a good fit.
