Compensation:

$1,600-$1,800 per week to start, depending on experience, plus paid vacation, paid holidays, additional PTO, and bonuses. Responsibilities Help the parents prepare the girls for school each morning and provide school transportation as needed. While the children are at school, maintain a tidy, organized home, including dishes, laundry, and household organization. Prepare dinner for the girls and occasionally for the parents, using the school-day hours for meal preparation. Pick the children up from school and provide attentive, nurturing afternoon care. Engage the girls in age-appropriate play, reading, activities, and enriching experiences that support their development. Work collaboratively with the parents to keep the children's routines and household running smoothly. A cleaning crew comes once per week to handle bathrooms, deep cleaning, and a thorough household reset. This role focuses on daily upkeep, organization, meal preparation, and childcare. Ideal Candidate An experienced nanny who enjoys caring for preschool- and elementary-aged children. A confident driver with a valid driver's license. Warm, dependable, organized, and proactive. Comfortable balancing childcare with household responsibilities during school hours. Able to prepare family meals and work independently. Strong references and a desire for a long-term position.
