Manage the center's budget, including financial planning, resource allocation, and ensuring fiscal responsibility while maintaining high-quality services. Lead staff recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation to build a motivated team dedicated to excellence in early childhood education. Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to stay current with best practices in childhood education, special education law, and regulatory compliance. Ensure adherence to all licensing requirements, safety standards, and legal regulations related to early childhood education and child welfare. Engage in fundraising efforts and community outreach initiatives to support program sustainability and expand service offerings. Conduct regular assessments of classroom environments and instructional practices to promote continuous improvement in teaching quality. Collaborate with parents and guardians to foster strong relationships, address concerns, and support children's individual needs. Represent the center at community events, school board meetings, and professional networks to enhance visibility and partnerships. Qualifications Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within early childhood center. Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance. Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets as an executive education administrator or school business manager. Extensive knowledge of childhood development theories, special education law, and early childhood education best practices. Experience supervising school staff, facilitating professional development, and evaluating faculty performance. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Familiarity with legal requirements related to school operation, personnel management in education, and regulatory standards for childcare centers. Exceptional communication skills for public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
