Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Child Care Director to lead our early childhood education program with enthusiasm and dedication. Can join immediately and take the charge. The candidate should have experience as Director and running the business independently. Has atleast CPL level 3 on OCCRA. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized and report to the owners. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure a nurturing environment for children, and foster strong relationships with families and staff. Responsibilities Increase the enrollment on weekly basis with a target. Lead the daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring compliance with licensing standards and safety protocols. Supervise and support staff, including teachers, caregivers, and administrative personnel, fostering a positive team environment. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on early childhood education, social-emotional growth, and developmental milestones. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on children's progress and addressing concerns promptly. Manage administrative tasks such as enrollment processes, record keeping, licensing compliance, and budgeting. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in daycare centers as Director or administrator. CPL level 3 on OCCRA Associate degree or higher. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and early childhood curriculum planning. Certification in first aid, pediatric first aid, CPR, and mandated reporting laws required; ongoing training encouraged. Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration. Familiarity with daycare licensing requirements and health & safety regulations.
