Supervise school staff including teachers, support personnel, and administrative team members; facilitate professional development opportunities in line with best practices. Oversee compliance with all relevant legal regulations including childhood development laws, special education law, and educational regulations to ensure safety and legal adherence. Conduct faculty evaluations and provide instructional leadership to promote continuous improvement in teaching practices. Coordinate fundraising efforts to support program growth, facility improvements, and community engagement initiatives. Facilitate communication with parents, community stakeholders, and licensing agencies through public speaking engagements and regular updates. Ensure the implementation of policies related to childhood development standards, safety protocols, and educational compliance across all programs. Skills Extensive experience in school administration with a focus on early childhood education or K-12 settings. Proven management skills including personnel management in education environments and supervising school staff effectively. Strong background in curriculum development tailored for early childhood learners. Expertise in managing budgets as an executive education administrator alongside fundraising capabilities. Knowledge of school legal requirements, including special education law and educational compliance regulations. Demonstrated leadership in instructional settings with experience in faculty evaluation and professional development facilitation. Excellent communication skills for public speaking, team leadership, and community engagement. Deep understanding of childhood development principles coupled with classroom experience working directly with young children. Ability to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals while fostering a positive school culture. Skilled in managing school operations efficiently while ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards related to early childhood education.
