Build positive relationships with children, families, coworkers, and community members through respectful communication. Support classroom, program, food service, transportation, or administrative responsibilities based on the position. Follow program policies, health and safety practices, licensing requirements, and procedures that protect children's well-being. Work as part of a team, participate in professional development, and continue building your skills and career. Leadership positions may also support staff, program operations, enrollment, compliance, family engagement, and program quality. Responsibilities vary by position, program, and employer.
