30-35 guaranteed hours/week | Monday-Friday The Role We're a busy, hands-on family with two boys (6 and 3) seeking an exceptional nanny with professional experience in ADHD & Household Manager. A key focus is supporting our 6-year-old, who is high-functioning with ADHD and mild Autism. He is bright, curious, and capable, and benefits from an adult who understands how attention, executive function, transitions, and emotional regulation can affect learning and evolving social goals. We're looking for someone who can combine warmth, playfulness, and genuine connection with loving but confident boundaries and consistency . Educationally, we'd love support with executive-function skills, high functioning social skills, and instating positive learning routines to set him up for success with early reading, writing, and math. Our 3-year-old will also be part of the role, and but the "fit" would depend more on the ability to navigate his older brother's needs. During school hours, the role transitions to household management , including: Weekly meal planning and light to moderate meal preparation Family laundry and children's organization Grocery inventory Anticipating school, clothing, activity, and household needs Building simple systems that keep family life organized and ahead of the week Afternoons include school drop and transportation, educational support, activities, play, and dinner . This is not a housekeeping role . We're looking for someone who takes initiative, notices what needs doing, and enjoys helping a busy family function well. Schedule:

~30-35 hours/week, generally midday to early evening (~12/1-7 PM), with some flexibility. May expand for the right fit, but we do need after 5:30p extended hours because of our work hours and the challenges of transitions.

Compensation:

$30-$35/hour depending on experience. Exceptional candidates with significant special education, intervention, or household-management experience may be considered above this range.

Strongly preferred:

Special education teacher, intervention specialist, or educator with experience supporting children with ADHD, high-functioning autism, executive-function differences, or related learning/behavioral needs . Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

Pay:

$27.00 - $37.00 per hour
