The ideal candidate has a passion for early childhood education, proven leadership skills, and experience as a director or assistant director in a licensed facility. Candidates must meet all state licensing requirements to serve as the designated Center Director. Key Responsibilities Lead daily center operations and ensure efficient workflows Oversee staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and administrative functions Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff while maintaining licensing ratios and requirements Support staff development and ongoing training compliance Manage family engagement, tours, enrollment, and parent communication Oversee billing, tuition collection, and account inquiries per company policy Ensure implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum and classroom practices Maintain safety standards, licensing compliance, and inspection readiness Oversee emergency procedures, drills, and safety documentation Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and maintenance coordination Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local childcare regulations Why Join us?
