Flexible schedules are available, typically 32-40 hours per week across five days. Our management team is here to cheer you on, answer questions, and help you succeed. You're a Great Fit If… You're available Monday-Friday between 7am and 7pm. (Don't worry—your shifts will be much shorter than that window.) You bring at least two years of experience caring for children (paid or unpaid!) and can provide two childcare references plus one character reference. You have reliable transportation, current CPR/First Aid certification (or are ready to get it), and can pass a background screen. You naturally tune in to children's needs, keep them safe, and stay actively engaged—helping them learn, play, and grow.
