Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
• Provide supervision and guidance during playtime, meals, and naptime
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress
• Monitor children's behavior and implement appropriate behavior management techniques
• Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of children
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, daycare, or nanny setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
• Ability to provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Patience, compassion, and understanding when working with children of diverse backgrounds
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not required
