We are looking for a reliable, experienced, safety-focused nanny who is confident caring for twin infants and can independently manage a structured daily routine. This position is expected to continue through approximately January. At the conclusion of this position, the nanny will have the first opportunity to review families hiring for January start dates through Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency. January is typically our busiest month for new families, so there are often multiple opportunities available for experienced nannies seeking continued employment. Responsibilities The nanny's primary responsibility will be providing safe, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care for twin infants.

Responsibilities include:

Providing hands-on care for twin babies throughout the day Following the parents' established feeding and nap schedule Preparing bottles and managing infant feedings Recognizing and responding to hunger cues and sleepy cues Establishing and maintaining consistent nap and feeding routines Providing age-appropriate play, interaction, and developmental activities Maintaining a clean and organized infant-care environment Managing the needs of two infants simultaneously Keeping parents informed about the babies' daily activities, feedings, naps, and needs Following all family instructions and infant-care guidelines Prioritizing infant safety at all times Ideal Nanny Qualifications The ideal candidate will have recent professional experience caring for multiple infants, particularly twins or two infants of similar ages. Candidates with experience as a twin nanny, infant nanny, newborn nanny, daycare teacher, infant classroom teacher, childcare provider, or nanny caring for multiple children under age one are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone who is: Experienced with multiple infants Confident and capable caring for twins independently Extremely safety-conscious Reliable and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable following a structured schedule Knowledgeable about infant feeding and sleeping cues Calm and patient Nurturing and attentive A strong communicator A self-starter who can take initiative without constant direction Comfortable working within parents' established routines and preferences What Success Looks Like The twins are described as happy, good-natured babies, but like many twins, they can sometimes set each other off when they are hungry or tired. The right nanny will be able to recognize early hunger cues, tired cues, and other infant signals and respond proactively. Consistency will be important. The family has established a routine for naps and feedings, and the nanny should be comfortable following that schedule while providing warm, responsive care.

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
