Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organization in achieving its mission and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, relationship management, and administrative functions. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through effective program development and behavioral health initiatives. The Director will oversee various programs, ensuring they align with our organizational objectives while fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients. Duties Lead and manage the overall operations of the childcare organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Develop, implement, and evaluate programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial sustainability and accountability within all programs. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in service delivery. Collaborate with other departments to promote integrated services that address behavioral health needs. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for improvement. Skills Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple programs effectively while maintaining high standards of service delivery. Experience supervising staff, particularly those working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Expertise in program development that addresses the unique needs of clients. Knowledge of behavioral health practices and their application within program settings. Proficient in budgeting and financial management within a non-profit or similar environment. Background in social work or related fields is preferred, enhancing understanding of client needs. Strong administrative skills to ensure efficient operations across all organizational functions.
