Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers and preschoolers, while promoting their development through engaging activities and play. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide care for toddlers and preschool-aged children, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining hygiene. Engage children in playtime, arts and crafts, storytelling, and other interactive activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Administer first aid when necessary and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Skills Experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or as a nanny or babysitter is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus. Strong understanding of toddler care practices and child development milestones. Ability to educate children through creative play and structured activities. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact with both children and parents effectively. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children are essential traits for success in this role. $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
