Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities. Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for children. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child development and progress. Maintain accurate records of attendance and incident reports. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus. Previous experience in a lead role within a child care setting preferred. Strong communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Available to work full time Monday through Friday.
