The family is seeking a confident, nurturing, and dependable nanny who is comfortable taking the lead during working hours and helping their daughter build a happy, engaging routine. The ideal candidate will enjoy planning age-appropriate outings and activities, including opportunities to build community with other nannies and children of a similar age. This family values consistency, especially around sleep schedules and daily routines, and they plan to use a sleep-training approach when developmentally appropriate. They are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, work independently, and create a loving environment while also maintaining structure and gentle authority. Occasional date nights or rare overnights may be requested with plenty of advance notice. The family is flexible and respectful of the nanny's life outside of work and is happy to accommodate occasional schedule adjustments when possible.
