Part-Time Nanny (Infants & Young Children) Westlake, Ohio | $26.00-$28.00 per Hour | Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Build Stronger Families While Doing Work That Matters If you're an experienced nanny, former teacher, daycare professional, retired educator, or parent returning to work, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while enjoying a consistent daytime schedule. We're looking for a dependable, professional caregiver to support a wonderful private family in Westlake. Professionalism & Confidentiality This position is with a private family that places a high value on professionalism, discretion, and trust. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family, their home, and all aspects of their daily life. As a condition of employment for this assignment, you will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)before your first day of work. If you're someone who naturally protects the privacy of others and understands the importance of discretion, you'll be an excellent fit for this role. What You'll Do You'll provide exceptional care for children ranging from infants through school age while helping create a safe, engaging, and positive environment where they can learn and thrive.
Responsibilities include:
Providing attentive, nurturing care for infants through school-aged children Caring for multiple children while maintaining a calm, organized environment Planning age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development Supporting meals, playtime, naps, and daily routines Following the family's established routines and preferences Communicating professionally with both the family and the Jovie team Leaving the home and each day better than you found it What Success Looks Like Successful Jovie caregivers: Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to provide exceptional care Keep their availability accurate and follow through on accepted assignments Build trusting relationships with children and parents Communicate proactively when questions arise Maintain the family's privacy by handling all information with professionalism and confidentiality Look for thoughtful ways to make each family's day a little easier Represent Jovie with professionalism and integrity Families, children, and your teammates will count on you. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications At least 18 years of age Previous experience caring for infants through school-aged children Experience caring for multiple children at one time Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Non-smoker Willingness to complete a comprehensive background screening Ability to provide three professional or work references Current CPR certification or willingness to become certified Ability and willingness to sign and comply with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds Pay, Schedule & Employment Pay $26.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Location Westlake, Ohio Employment Type Part-Time W-2 Employee Start Date August 2026 What Happens After You Apply Applying takes less than three minutes.
