Duties Provide visionary leadership for the child care program, ensuring a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children Develop and implement curriculum plans that promote learning, creativity, and social-emotional growth in accordance with educational standards Supervise and support teaching staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality care and instruction Manage daily operations including enrollment processes, compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety protocols, and record keeping Foster strong relationships with families by communicating program goals, addressing concerns, and encouraging active participation in their child's development Coordinate staff schedules, conduct regular team meetings, and promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and procurement of educational materials to ensure program sustainability and quality Experience Higher education teaching experience or background in early childhood education is highly desirable Proven experience in education administration or leadership roles within child care or preschool settings Extensive university experience working with students or young learners to understand developmental needs effectively Demonstrated ability to lead teams of educators with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Familiarity with licensing requirements, safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education Working knowledge of curriculum development tailored to diverse age groups and learning styles Join us in creating an inspiring environment where children thrive!
