A Medford Family is looking for their next nanny for their three children aged 10, 6, and 2. This is a rare full-time position and is a great opportunity to create lasting connections with a wonderful family! Childcare experience and CPR certification is required. Responsibilities Provide attentive and loving care to children, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical activity Manage daily routines including meal preparation, feeding, nap schedules, and hygiene practices Assist with transportation to and from school, extracurricular activities, appointments, or outings as needed using a family-provided car Maintain a clean and organized environment in the children's living areas and play spaces Support educational development through reading, homework assistance, and engaging play Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns that arise Requirements Proven experience as a nanny or in personal service roles with children of various ages, including infants and adolescents Experience working in private residences or similar home environments preferred Strong understanding of child development principles and safety protocols Ability to assist with errands, appointment scheduling, and light household tasks related to children's needs Excellent communication skills with both children and adults; respectful and positive demeanor Valid driver's license with reliable personal transportation assistance capability Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or special requests; energetic approach to caregiving Up-to-date CPR certification Spanish speaking is a huge plus Must be willing to undergo a background check Join us if you're passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives!
