Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Child Care Director to lead and oversee the daily operations of our early childhood education program. In this vital role, you will develop innovative programs that foster a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children and their families. Your leadership will ensure compliance with licensing standards, promote staff excellence, and build strong relationships within the community. Duties Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs that support children's growth and development Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality care Manage program budgets, monitor expenses, and allocate resources effectively to maintain operational efficiency Develop partnerships with families, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and support services Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, safety standards, and behavioral health protocols Oversee administrative functions such as record keeping, enrollment processes, and reporting requirements Foster an inclusive environment that supports children with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities Requirements Proven management experience in early childhood education or child care settings Strong background in program development and implementation tailored to young children's needs Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate with families, staff, and community partners Demonstrated administrative expertise in budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality improvement Knowledge of social work principles related to child welfare and family engagement Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive and motivating atmosphere Join us in shaping the future by providing exceptional care and education for children. Pay:
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
