About the Family We are a loving family in Bedford, PA seeking a reliable, energetic, and experienced nanny to care for our two young children (ages 3 and 4). Our kids are active, curious, and thrive on outdoor play, creativity, and daily adventures. We value a nurturing caregiver who can provide a safe, fun, and structured environment while supporting their development. Role Overview As our full-time nanny, you will be the primary caregiver during work hours, ensuring our children are happy, safe, and engaged throughout the day. This is an active role that combines childcare, light housekeeping related to the children, meal preparation, and occasional local driving. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care for our 3- and 4-year-old children Plan and lead daily activities including outdoor play, crafts, games, and pool time (swimming supervision required) Prepare nutritious lunches and snacks Maintain a clean and organized environment: clean up after meals/activities, tidy toys, and handle child-related laundry Drive the children to local playgrounds, parks, or other nearby outings (safe driving record required; company vehicle or reimbursement may be available) Follow the children's routines and support their developmental needs (potty training support for the younger child, early learning through play) Communicate openly with parents about the children's day, moods, and any concerns Ensure pool and backyard safety protocols are always followed
