About the Role Your primary responsibility will be providing attentive, engaging care while supporting the children's homeschool routine and encouraging learning through everyday experiences. The family welcomes their nanny to take the children on outings to nearby parks, hiking trails, libraries, museums, and other educational destinations. There are no household management or housekeeping responsibilities, allowing the nanny to focus entirely on the children. Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care for the children. Assist with homeschooling and educational activities. Plan engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences through play, crafts, reading, and outdoor exploration. Take the children on outings to parks, hiking trails, libraries, museums, playgroups, and other local activities. Encourage independence, creativity, and social-emotional development. Maintain open communication with the parents regarding daily activities and progress. Follow established routines while creating a fun, safe, and enriching environment. Ideal Candidate Professional nanny experience required. Experience with homeschooling, teaching, or early childhood education is highly preferred. Loves spending time outdoors in every season. Reliable, organized, and self-motivated. Comfortable working on a rural farm property with family pets and farm animals nearby. CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification).
