Join the YWCA Hanover Team - Childcare & Education Staff YWCA Hanover is hiring passionate, dedicated staff to join our team in a safe, inclusive, high-quality learning environment. We are committed to empowering women, eliminating racism, and nurturing children through quality care and education. Our program includes a licensed on-site facility serving two local school districts, along with a newly opening, state-of-the-art center featuring a STEM Lab, Sensory Room, Outdoor Education Center, and dedicated teacher planning spaces. We are STAR 4, DHS-regulated. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required (CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred for some roles) 2,500 documented hours of experience working with children 4 clearances: PA Criminal, Child Abuse, FBI, and NSOR 2 professional recommendation letters Physical exam with TB test
