Duties Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and learning activities to ensure safety and well-being Implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns Follow mandated reporting laws to report any signs of neglect or abuse promptly and appropriately Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic health care needs in accordance with health guidelines Support behavior management strategies to foster positive interactions and respectful behavior among children Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR (including pediatric first aid) is required; ongoing training is encouraged Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Classroom management skills to organize activities effectively while maintaining a safe environment Familiarity with toddler care, infant care, and preschool curriculum development Ability to communicate clearly with parents, team members, and children to foster a collaborative atmosphere Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where every child feels valued and supported! Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
